A short menu done properly — no syrups, no upsell, just very good coffee and a room that's easy to sit in for an hour.

Cortados and conchas under one roof. Ana opens at six for the people heading to work and doesn't rush anybody out.

Loose leaf, quiet tables, and a back patio that stays cool in August. Good for a meeting you actually want to think during.

Third-generation pan dulce on Bristol. The conchas go before nine and the tres leches is worth planning a Saturday around.
